Darcy Sudholz is a senior Customer engagement and project leader with nearly 10 years’ experience working across government, financial services, critical services, and regulated industries. He specialises in commercial engagement, program governance, and multi-stakeholder coordination, ensuring complex cyber security initiatives are delivered in a structured, value-driven, and outcome-focused way.

Darcy’s experience spans large-scale cyber security uplift programs, vCISO engagements, penetration testing oversight, and Purple and Red Team programs. He works closely with executives, Boards, Audit & Risk Committees, legal teams, ICT leaders, and external consultants to scope initiatives, negotiate commercial terms, and oversee delivery across multiple work streams.
